• Where are your products made and shipped from?
  

All our products are printed and shipped from the United States. This ensures top-notch quality and fast, reliable delivery for our bird-loving community.

• Can I track my order?

Of course! Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. If you don’t receive tracking information within 5 business days, feel free to reach out to us at support@wingedwoodland.com

• How much does shipping cost?

Flat shipping rate of $5.35 applies to all US orders of 1 or 2 t-shirts — no matter the destination! As a bonus, we offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $85!

• How long does it take to receive my order?

Since each garment is made to order, please allow 2-3 business days for processing. After that, shipping times are as follows:

• What materials are your t-shirts made from?
  

Our t-shirts are Comfort Colors® 1717 and they known as a premium 6.1 oz ring-spun US cotton, garment-dyed for a soft, lived-in feel that only gets better with wash. Here’s the breakdown:

Comfort Colors® 1717: Made from 100% ring-spun cotton for soft-washed, relax fit and ultra-comfortable feel.

All our t-shirts are pre-shrunk to help them stay as soft and reliable as the memory of your spark bird, even after countless washes.

• How do I care for my t-shirt?
  

To keep your Winged Woodland tee looking as vibrant as the birds you love:
✔ Machine wash cold, inside-out to protect the design.
✔ Tumble dry on low or hang dry for best results.
✔ Avoid bleach and fabric softeners to preserve the print.

With a little TLC, your t-shirt will be ready for many migrations, lifers, and early mornings to come!

• Why does my shirt feel a bit stiff?

New t-shirts may feel slightly stiff due to the printing process, but don’t worry! After the first wash, your t-shirt will soften right up, just like a well-worn paperback.

• What is Made-to-Order?

Every Winged Woodland t-shirt is Made-to-Order (MTO), meaning we only print your shirt after you place your order. This approach helps us reduce waste, minimize excess inventory, and operate more sustainably.

• Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

Absolutely! We offer a 30-Day Guarantee. If you're not happy with your order, we’ll refund or replace it. Just email us at support@wingedwoodland.com with your order number and a photo of the issue within 30 days of receiving your item. Check our Refund Policy for more details.

• Can I get any design on a sweatshirt or a hoodie?

Yes! Our sweatshirt and hoodie collection is coming soon. In the meantime, any Winged Woodland design can be made to order as a sweatshirt or hoodie. Simply email us at support@wingedwoodland.com with your sweatshirt or hoodie request.

• Do you offer international shipping?

Not yet, but we’re working on it! Right now, we only ship within the U.S. Stay tuned for updates by joining our newsletter—you’ll be the first to know when we expand our shipping options.
